Department Customer Services Officers

Under the leadership of King County Executive Dow Constantine, each executive branch department has identified a customer service officer to help ensure that King County becomes more accessible, transparent and accountable to the people we serve.

The Customer Service Team will work to continually improve our service to King County residents through process improvements, staff training and identifying efficiencies in our processes to make our services faster and easier to use.
