  3. Call us at 206-296-0100, toll free at 1-800-325-6165 from 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M., or find direct numbers to common services in our phone guide in English (PDF) or Spanish / En Español (PDF).

  4. Email us for a response within 24 hours on weekdays with your question, compliment, comment, or complaint.

  5. Search online by departments or employee.

  6. If you have a question for a specific department, contact a Customer service officer.
