The Area Report Summaries made available on this page indicate the manner in which residential and commercial property assessed values were determined this year. These values will be used in determining the amount of taxes due in 2001. The reports provided here are summaries only. The full reports are available in the Assessments Public Information area. Definitions of residential building grades and conditions (.PDF) also are provided.
