Residential housing

eSALES PROPERTY SEARCH

Through eSales Search you will be able to search for sold properties by parcel number (sales with similar characteristics) and area (sales in the same geographic area). Each option allows you to vary the search characteristic and the tax year.

Properties are assessed as of January 1 of a given year for taxes paid the following year. For example, a property is assessed as of January 1, 2010 for taxes paid in 2011.
