Driving directions

From north of downtown Seattle

  1. Take I-5 southbound
  2. Take exit 165A to James Street
  3. Continue on Sixth Avenue to S. Jackson Street
  4. Turn right on S. Jackson Street
  5. Turn left on Second Avenue S.

From south of downtown Seattle

  1. Take I-5 northbound
  2. Take exit 164A, following signs to James St.
  3. Take James Street exit, turn left on James Street
  4. Drive under freeway, turn left on Sixth Avenue.
  5. Keep right and continue on Sixth Avenue past Yesler Street to S. Jackson Street
  6. Turn right on S. Jackson Street
  7. Turn left on Second Avenue S.

From westbound I-90

  1. Take I-90 westbound
  2. Take exit 2C right, I-5 northbound
  3. Take exit 165A to James Street, turn left
  4. Drive under freeway, turn left on Sixth Avenue.
  5. Continue on Sixth Avenue to S. S. Jackson Street
  6. Turn right on S. Jackson Street
  7. Turn left on Second Avenue S.

King Street Center parking options

  • Fee-based public parking is available in the King Street Center garage. The entrance is on the King Street side of the building.
  • There are several fee-based surface lots in the King Street Center neighborhood. The largest is the CenturyLink Field parking lot at Second Avenue S. and S. King Street.
  • On-street metered parking is available throughout Pioneer Square. At most metered locations a two-hour limit is in effect Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is no fee outside of these hours. Note other parking restrictions on street signage.
  • On game/event days, be prepared for neighborhood traffic congestion, additional parking restrictions, and special pricing in private parking lots.
