Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day schedule: What's open, what's closed

King County government offices will observe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 21 and will be closed. All offices will be back on a normal schedule Tuesday, Jan. 22.

Metro Transit buses will operate on a special schedule.
The King County Water Taxi will not be in operation.
Garbage collection operates on a normal pick-up schedule; transfer stations will be open. Call your garbage collection service provider for recycling pick-up information.
